For those working for one of our Partners (such as an employee, contractor, etc.), we may collect:
  • Contact Information: Name, role title, company's name, email, phone number, login details, and results from KYC and ID verification (no underlying documents are kept).
  • Company Details: Information like company address, nature of business (like salon, spa, gym), content of consultation forms, appointments (past and upcoming), point-of-sale data, payment processing data (which is only visible to our payment processors), analytics and reports, client details, promotional content, and marketing materials.

Note: We also process some information for the company that isn't considered personal data, such as financial details and product inventory.
Receiving marketing content from Booklio
